You make the cheese in these 1-day hands-in workshops designed to teach you all you need to know to make your own cheeses in your own kitchen.
You don't need to have any experience with making cheese to go home understanding the principles and practices of cheesemaking, ripening and maturation.
Each 1-day workshop focuses on the techniques for making the main cheese plus we'll show you how to make ricotta, mascarpone, Greek-style yoghurt and quark.
