ASO Family Concert - Up, Up & Away

This will be an exciting new show brought to you by Peter Thomas. This is a free event, and you must collect your tickets from the Ticketmaster box office located in the foyer of the Bruce Mason Centre. Maximum 6 tickets per person. Tickets do go fast so ensure you get yours early.

Peter Thomas bio:
Peter is the Music Director and Conductor of the Auckland Symphony Orchestra. He has previously been the Music Director of the Auckland Wind Orchestra, University of Auckland Academy Orchestra, and the Auckland Secondary Schools’ Orchestra. In 2010 he conducted the Auckland Youth Orchestra in their mid-year tour programme. His studies have seen him conduct the NZSO and APO, and make several excursions to Australia and the United States. He is sought after as a clinician and adjudicator and has presented several pre-concert talks for the Auckland Philharmonia as well as 'Composer of the Week' for Radio New Zealand Concert.
