Women's Lifestyle Expo

One of Manawatu's largest events returns in May 2011. This year the expo will feature cooking demonstrations with Hester Guy, a ‘Taste of Your Region’ area and much more with over 140 sites on offer.

Local style collaborators, Turner and Moore, will also be holding a daily talk at the expo on how you can master the tricks to dress well for your body shape.

New Idea Magazine will be on site with free magazines for visitors and also the chance for one lucky expo visitor to win a holiday to beautiful Vanuatu.

There is a large focus on shopping so ladies don’t leave that Eftpos card at home. At one site you can buy natural skincare while at another you can sample food & wine. Around the corner on a different site you can try on NZ designer clothing, have your hair straightened and yet on another, you can check out the latest in new cars. With over 140 sites there is something for everyone. Bring your friends, mothers or daughters or simply enjoy a day to spoil yourself.

This year's expo features some well known nationwide companies as well as some fantastic local companies who will be showcasing their products and providing great expo specials. Renee Murray, one of the organisers of the expo says “there are some fabulous companies in this region that many of us don’t know about because we simply don’t drive past that area or have always been meaning to visit but we get sidetracked with daily life and never get there. The expo allows you to discover these companies in one fun day.”
