New Zealand Hindu Association brings you the authentic taste of Indian vegetarian cooking. Buffet dinner will include Sri Lankan eggplant curry, palak paneer mutter - cottage cheese with spinach and peas, aloo bhaji - dry spicy potato curry, khadi - a wonderful yoghurt soup, savoury wada , sago payasam (dessert), salad, raita, pickle, pappodoms.
