Violinist and composer Fiona Pears. Fiona and her talented band, featuring Mike Ferrar on guitar and Peter Fleming on double bass will perform music ranging from hot, sizzling Gypsy swing, beautiful soulful classical and jazz ballads through to tango and Celtic compositions.
Fiona has been performing internationally over the last seven years. Some of her most exciting memories are performing at the legendary Ronnie Scott's Jazz club in Soho, London, and performing her own compositions with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra. Fiona has released two DVDs and four CDs to date. She is about to start recording her fifth studio album due for release at the end of 2011.
