The Nordic Walking beginner class consists of 4 one hour classes and will give you an introduction to the Nordic Walking technique. Sandrine the instructor is INWA qualified for your safety and wellbeing. This is a great activity, it's an easy way to get fit and have fun. Bring a friend and take your waterproof, class runs rain or shine!
