Pre-schoolers are heaps of fun but also extremely challenging! In this workshop Andrea offers a selection of Parents Inc’s top tips, presented specifically for nannies and home-based educators, on how to get the best out of working with little people.
Topics will include compliance, sharing, communication, eating, sleeping, toileting, and also how to maximise your relationship with parents.
Andrea Stringer:
Andrea is a Family Coach at Parents Inc. She has a background in psychology and mental health, has been an Early Years Toolbox facilitator for 3 years, and loves watching parents get together and realise they are not the only ones struggling with the demands of this age group!
Andrea has two young daughters, who give her countless daily opportunities to practice what she teaches. Seeing parents gain skills and grow in confidence to coach their little ones is both the challenge and reward of Andrea’s work at Parents Inc.
