Growing Great Boys - Ian Grant

Great ideas to inspire you to meet the challenges of raising a boy. It's easier to build boys than fix men and that's the challenge for parents as they influence the men of tomorrow. Boys already have the ‘hardware’ to be adult men, but they need to download the ‘software’ to be real men from good role models.

Ian Grant:
Founder and event presenter for Parents Inc., Ian is a highly sought after speaker. He is well known for his creativity and innovation in programming to young people and it is this freshness that comes through in his approach to parenting. Over the years Ian has developed and fronted both radio and television programmes and he’s written several books, including Fathers Who Dare Win, Parenting Teenagers - The White Water Rafting Years, Growing Great Boys, Growing Great Girls, Growing Great Marriages and Communicate.

Ian and his wife Mary have 3 married children. Together they enjoy parenting their 10 grandchildren who affectionately call Ian “Chiefy”. Ian was awarded the Companion of Queen’s Service Order in 2009, in recognition of his work helping youth and parents.
