Toi Maori presents its International Festival act: Mauriora. A four member troupe consisting of Apirana Taylor, Karl Teariki,and Luther and Troy Hunt. The diverse show combines the troupe's contemporary original music and song, with traditional Maori instruments, South American flute and spoken word.

The show received critical acclaim at this year's Taranaki International Festival of the Arts.

The Taranaki Daily newspaper critic, Jo Hills, review tells it all. Under the headline “Quartet stand tall as wonderful performers” Jo goes on to state “the performance so powerful it sent shivers up the spine… the entertainment soon mesmerized…(the song were) uplifting and touched the heart… the subject matter was diverse.”
