Revolution

The 2nd AsiaPacific Outgames closing night will see the biggest party of them all: Revolution, in the 3-level venue Estadio, deep in the heart of Wellington’s nightlife area. DJs include Miss Eleni from Melbourne,Mark Alsop from Sydney, and Auckland’s DJ Marty.

DJ: Miss Eleni
Miss Eleni is a Melbourne-based DJ whose signature style of upfront and cutting edge club sounds, mixed with vocal and soulful house grooves, has made her a fixture on the Australian dance music scene.

She has headlined alongside international guests including: DJ Spen, Eric Wikman (Deepswing), Parrish Wintersmith (Groove Junkies), Paul Goodyear, Katherine Ellis, Paul Heron and Inaya Day to name but a few. In January 2010 she performed alongside Frankie Knuckles at his exclusive Australian appearance and was also invited to play at his birthday party along with The Shapeshifters.

DJ: Mark Alsop
Mark Alsop arose from the underground clubs of Oxford Street with an inventive music style and a creativity that helped shape Australia’s dance party culture. His notoriety flourished with his involvement in the infamous Sydney warehouse parties including R.A.T, Paradise Garage and Sweatbox, which led him on a vast and colourful journey.

Mark has remained at the forefront, reflected with his many residencies and headline appearances all over Australia and globally including Toybox, Sleaze Ball, Chunky and Nation (SNG) to name a few.

DJ Marty
Marty started rocking dance floors in 2002. His style is fun, bouncy and energetic, including funky, vocal house, down & dirty beats with light electro, through to vocal, uplifting and driving trance. His preferred set includes a mix of soaring vocals combined with chunky, pumping, driving bass lines. So don't expect to be drinking on the sidelines during these performances!

Marty has played at numerous top gay NZ & Australian dance parties over the years including: Sydney Mardi Gras, Hero, Shine (Syd), Salvation (Auck), and Gay Ski Week (2010, Qtown).

Tickets are available on a preferential basis to Outgames I.D. holders and Snapper card holders. GA tickets will be available at a later date.
