In demand around the world as a musical director, instrument maker, composer and performer Linsey Pollak matches masterful musicianship with infectious humour in this ode to wind instruments and the wonderfully unexpected materials they can be made from. From the moment he walks onto the stage everything is transformed, from rubber gloves into bagpipes to carrots into clarinets. Although the materials are quirky, the music itself is complex, ranging from humorous to haunting, as Linsey takes the audience on a ride through musical genres in this highly entertaining and intriguing show.

“Linsey Pollak is one of Australia’s most brilliant... composer/musicians. He is wildly innovative in the use of instruments but never lets his experimentation get in the way of the musicality of a work.” -The Courier Mail, Brisbane

Duration: 40 - 50 minutes
Age: 4 -14 years
