I am again blessed to bring through the energies of Lord Metatron, The Arcturians & The Ascended Masters. I have been given the following - "On this specific day, synchronising with the alignments & expansions of the Crystalline Grids, & in harmony with Planetary Alignments & Mother Earth, specific energetic procedures will take place through guided meditation & visualisation. I, Lord Metatron, will oversee this process, including continued expansion of your heart chakra & higher crown chakra."
