Parnell Ink - White Night

A vibrant festival of street-art events in Auckland's creative quarter, one night only.

Parnell Ink will transform Parnell Rd with 10 visionary art projects: see street art in progress with Cut Collective; make noise with Clinton Phillips and his 2m-wide Polyphonics instrument; become a student of Michelle Osborne's Fieldman Academy of Love and Kindness; contemplate Kevin Capon's 7m-tall DVD projection; witness fresh new perspectives as students and alumni of Parnell's resident art school Whitecliffe occupy spaces on Parnell Rd; and much, much more.

With on-street art ambassadors, bar/restaurant specials and dealer galleries open until midnight, this is a great night to stay up late in Parnell! This free event will be a truly engaging experience for all ages.

White Night Auckland was inspired by the popular Parisian Nuit Blanche festival, which has been replicated in the world's cultural capitals, including Amsterdam, Madrid, Brussels, Rome and Lisbon.
