Auckland Council’s 2011 Music in Parks programme runs from January to April 2011. It features over 20 concerts comprising four different series, each with its own unique ethos.

This afternoon is kicked off with gutsy blues and R&B from the Flaming Mudcats.

Then lose yourself in the modern sound of the Chris Mason-Battley Group whose influences range from funk to free jazz and world music.
