Trade Graduation

People from Palmerston North, Manawatu, Rangitikei, Tararua regions who completed Industry Training qualifications in 2010 and their employers will receive invitations to attend this relaxed fun evening. Graduates book in from 5.30pm and then move on to drinks and nibbles from 5.45pm with friends, family and workmates celebrating the occasion with the graduates.

This is the eighth annual event to recognise people who have completed apprenticeships or industry training qualifications across a wide spectrum of trade and technology skills. There is no charge to attend but it is “invitation only” for qualifying people. Graduates are presented with certificates of appreciation by the Mayors and businesses who promote training of employees are also recognised. There is the Mayor's award for outstanding achievement and Rotary give scholarships to promising trades trainees.
