This will be Palmerston North's ninth consecutive outdoor Summer Shakespeare production in the Victoria Esplanade. It's become something of an institution in the city's cultural calendar, and after the high drama and tragedy of Macbeth last year we shift to comedy and in 2011 we bring you the perennial favourite, A Midsummer Night's Dream. With a cast of more than 40, the directorial vision of Jaime Dörner and music by Kane Parsons it promises to be a rich combination of language, laughter, dance - and fairies.
Performances will be at 7.00 pm on 10th,11th,12th, 17th 18th & 19th March with a matinee at 3.30 on Sunday 13th March.
