It‘s time to get more creative and move on from the traditional green, pasta or potato salads. Salads need to be quick and easy to prepare, fresh and tasty and in some cases can be the whole meal! In this course use a variety of seasonal vegetable combinations and dressings to 'wow' family and guests.
