Malaysian recipes are a combination of multiple ethnic influences found throughout the different Asian regions. Many recipes use similar ingredients, however the different combinations and preparation used are varied. Influences from China, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam makes this cuisine an outstanding fusion of tastes and flavours that will not disappoint!
