Learn how to turn two litres of milk into delicious 'stretchy' mozzarella! This fun workshop includes a general introduction to cheesemaking and a full demonstration of how to make mozzarella. You will learn how simple it can be to make cheese in your home kitchen with just a small amount of general kitchen equipment. Fee includes cheese tasting and a glass of wine afterwards.
