Well-known craft cheesemaker Katherine Mowbray will demonstrate how easy it is to make Camembert-style white-rinded cheese, using three litres of milk. These cheeses can be eaten young, after one week, or left to mature to develop greater depth of flavour and texture. A quick, easy recipe for Mascarpone will also be demonstrated and this can be eaten immediately – or used extensively in cooking and delicious desserts. Fee includes cheese tasting and a glass of wine afterwards.
