Girl with a Movie Camera integrates dance, theatre, live and video performance where video images and performances contrast and complement each other in this dynamic multimedia production. Dziga Vertov’s seminal film Man with a Movie Camera (1929) and application of film montage provide a platform for dancers to develop performance in a live and recorded format.
