2011 Short Courses at Unitec

Unitec - 2011 Performing and Screen Arts Short Courses:

Kickstart your career with a course that could lead to career in screenwriting, filmmaking, dance, acting, theatre, costume and set design, and more!

For those looking to start their journey, or hone their skills to a higher level, Unitec's Department of Performing and Screen Arts in Mt Albert, Auckland, has a selection of 15 credit short courses from a range of degree, diploma and certificate programmes it offers.

These are available to be taken as one-off courses in either Semester 1, 2011 (March – June) or Semester 2, 2011 (July – November).

Course dates are also mostly after normal school and work hours to suit you. You will join current full time students in class and undertake assessment projects as applicable. You will receive a Certificate of Proficiency on completion of this course.

If at some future date, you wish to apply for one of our formal programmes, you may find that the course that you have completed may be able to count as credits toward that new qualification. (Please note that not all courses can be credited in this way so you will need to check in advance).
