Come and enjoy the last vestiges of summer with a jazz concert by Angela Franklyn-Lewis in the Sculpture Garden of the Pah Homestead. Angela Franklyn-Lewis, a graduate of Yale University's prestigious Cabaret Conference Class of 2006, will perform a repertoire of songs from the ‘golden age’ of music - America from the 1920s to the 1950s. The PAH Cafe will remain open for you to enjoy anything from a glass of wine to their famous coffee, delicious sandwiches and sweet treats. So pack up your picnic blankets and welcome the weekend in with excellent music, food and wine in the beautiful and relaxed atmosphere at the historic Pah Homestead!
Angela Franklyn-Lewis:
A graduate of Yale University's prestigious Cabaret Conference Class of 2006, Angela returned home to New Zealand in 2007 following eight years travelling the world performing. While based in London she created and performed with the successful Andrew Sisters tribute group "Company B" performing in the UK and Ireland. She also produced and performed "Memory Lane at Drury Lane", a concert celebrating the musical theatre history of London's famous Theatre Royal Drury Lane.
PAH Cafe:
The PAH Cafe provides an array of sweet and savoury bites, excellent coffee and an extensive wine list. The cafe has received rave reviews including 4.5/5 stars from the Sunday Star Times, and was listed in Metro's 2010 Top 50 Cafes. All food and beverage is to be purchased from the PAH Cafe.
