Rukuhia School Gala

The purpose of this day is to raise funds for the school. Our goal this year is to upgrade our swimming pool and sports equipment. As this is a fundraiser, we have put some restrictions in place. This will be held rain or shine.

We love to support NZ made, crafts, clothing, etc and home grown produce, therefore we ask that stall holders respect this and only sell these items.

• Rukuhia School will run the following stalls and activities. These will be the only stalls onsite of that type:
◦ Cake stall
◦ Drinks (hot and cold)
◦ Raffles
◦ Garage sale/white elephant is for the only 2nd hand goods and any donated items. This will be held in the Rukuhia Hall
◦ Quick fire raffles
◦ Ready to eat food, e.g. BBQ items etc
• Stall holders will be responsible for the assembling, dismantling and caring for their sites, including removal of rubbish and debris. No water bombs or silly string please.
• As this is an outside gala day, there will be no power provided for the sites. All equipment for the sites will be provided by the stall holder. We recommend that shelter of some description for protection from the sun. No cars on sites. Car parking is provided.
