In this compact course you will receive a basic grounding in Nordic walking technique. Theory lessons and practical training detail the health benefits of Nordic walking. Pole hire and handbook included. After 3 weeks we meet again and your Nordic walking gets an hour polish. Pole hire for 3 weeks: $30.
