AntiSocial Tap’s Improsaurus presents a night of improvised comedy where the audience crafts the show through their imagination and suggestion. A love story in Soviet Russia? A Shakespearian tragedy set underwater? You decide! Improsaurus’ unique brand of entertainment comes from the synthesis of punchy, one-liners, and situational humour with the deep, engaging and satisfying narrative of long-form.

Founded on Trubie-Dylan Smith’s enthusiasm in 2009 to start an improvised theatre night at The Church (nee Academy Cinema), Improsaurus has grown into Dunedin’s finest troop of comedy improvisers. Bringing local talent to the stage, 2010 saw Improsaurus at an all time high with its Dunedin Fringe Festival debut in March and sold out fortnightly shows at The Church Cafe, Restaurant and Cinema.
Improsaurus is now ready to take on Dunedin Fringe Festival 2011 with the risk-taking long-form improvised theatre of Du Bist Ein Uber Show!
