The race day that needs no introduction! It's everyone's favourite. The Famous Cromwell Races, featuring the valuable $25,000 Goodbars.co.nz Cup.
The Cromwell Races is one of the highlights of the late summer social scene in Central Otago and draws a huge and enthusiastic crowd from across Otago and Southland.
All the exciting and novelty elements of the day are being rattled together and confirmed by our team at Gallop South ensuring that year's event is a vintage one... But all the old favourites are always guaranteed, including 10 great races, free kids' rides, fashions-on-the-field, wine and food tastings and much more!
There are mini marquees in the middle of the course, which are just $375 each, and ideal for 15 people. The package includes general admission for 15 people, 10 race books, 10 chairs, 1 big table and a lovely bottle of Central Otago Pinot Noir! What a bargain... Get your mates together now!
General admission is $10 but this includes a free bottle of water to keep you cool in Cromwell sunshine. Head along to the races, with your friends and family... This day is as good as a day out gets!
