The Star City 2 Surf with Pump is a fun event for the young and old, the serious and not so serious, individuals, corporate teams, schools and families. It is all about participation, team building, reaching personal goals and having fun!
The Heart Foundation 6km within The City 2 Surf, (starting at 10am) is to encourages new participants and cements The City 2 Surf as a community event for all. Be there by 9.45 for the warm up, then at 10am you commence, merging with the 12km participants as you make your way to the finish line at QE11.
So, come on Canterbury, get out there, be a part of this exciting event, with certificates, Pump & great spot prizes at the finish line. Enjoy live entertainment, children's entertainment, food & drink vendors and our major prize giving at 12.30.
Celebrating its 37th year The Star City 2 Surf has firmly established itself as an iconic event in Canterbury, growing in numbers from 2,900 in 1973, to well over 15,000 participants again in 2010.
