To turn off the TV.
To stop.
To harness courage and sit side by side in stillness.
One hour is all it takes to stop, to breathe, to meditate, to pray. To sit in stillness amongst the rubble.
Bring a torch or other light and a rug to sit on. Come together to sit in stillness, as a collective one - to breathe love and light back into the city.
