Yoga Celebration

Provisional programme - tentative schedule is:

3.30-5.30 - rhythms dance with Geordie Jahner to kick off the event with something physical and sacred.
6 pm - dinner - a vegetarian banquet.
7pm - The evening programme includes kirtan performances by talented local artists and bands.
7pm - Mini holi water project, 30 min - see http://holiwater.com/home/
7.30 - healing fire ceremony
8.15 - Shakti Music Group (Premratna, Devashakti and friends)
8.35 - Agnideva & Friends (Barbara & Raman?)
8.50 - Native American flute recital - with renowned performer Yu all the way from Japan
9.10 - Radha Krishna Band (Ashok, Fern & Friends)
9.30 - Shubda Band
10.30pm - finish (TBC)

This will be a drug, alcohol and smoke free event, and is a non-profit fundraiser to assist in bringing a world-class yoga teacher Swami Satsangi to Nelson NZ in Easter 2011. She is the senior travelling Swami and representative of the Bihar School of Yoga also called Satyananda Yoga.
