Learn South American and European Spanish with the Latin Rhythm Dance School's 8 week Spanish course. This course is intended for students with no prior knowledge of Spanish. You will learn how to communicate in Spanish in everyday situations, through written and oral exercises, role-playing and multimedia.
Course outline: This course will include greetings and farewells, asking and providing personal information, ordering food and drinks, asking for information, requesting and giving directions, conjugation of most common regular and irregular verbs and important aspects of Hispanic culture.
Learning goals: On completion of the course learners will be able to introduce him/herself to a Spanish speaker and exchange greetings; pronounce Spanish accurately; construct sentences using the present, past and future tenses; be able to ask questions about travel routes and timetables; ask directions and understand the response; conjugate a range of regular and irregular verbs in the present, past and future tenses.

Library: Students also have free access to the largest private Spanish library in New Zealand including over 200 films, documentaries, music, software, travel guides and 6000 books in Spanish...
Duration: Each evening course is made of 8 x 1 1/2 hour weekly classes running for 2 months. There are no classes on public holidays.
Streams: Classes are limited to 10 students.
