Creating and interpreting mandalas is a workshop for anyone interested in 'soul work'. The word 'mandala' means sacred circle in Sanskrit. Drawing our own mandalas helps us access our inner self in much the same way as dream work.
During this time together we will take a journey into the self through an exploration of the meanings of shape, colour, energy centre, maschline and feminine polarities and transformative archetypes, as they appear in our mandalas.
