Manawhenua branch of the New Zealand Motor Caravan Association is hosting a rally over Labour Weekend at Manfeild. They will be expecting between 100-150 motorhomes/caravans of all shapes and sizes. There will be both old and new, big and small ranging from old Bedfords to the latest. People will be attending from Manawatu, Wairarapa, Wanganui, Hawkes Bay and Wellington along with other motorhome members who may be in the district.
This is a weekend where people with motorhomes/caravans get together for fun, entertainment, touring and friendship. There is a mix of families, couples and single people. During the weekend some people will take a bus tour to Cross Hills Gardens others will visit the town and any other local attractions.
On Sunday there will be an opportunity for the public to attend an open day from 11am to 1pm to inspect some of the vehicles attending and speak with members about their vehicles and lifestyle and their many trips all around different parts of New Zealand.
