Did you know that kirtan is the most powerful form of meditation and yoga practice.It cures stress, worry, anxiety and sadness not to mention thats its engaging, easy and 100% blissful. Kirtan is in a call and response fashion, accompanied with instruments like mrdanga drum, guitar, harmonium and hand cymbals. The leader sings some basic sanskrit mantra and the audience can repeat it, or just listen. The mantras are ancient and scientific sound vibrations which gives one access to a state of peace and harmony. Everyone likes music and everyone hates stress, so why not conquer both?
