Fortnightly Friday lunchtime concert.
An entertaining concert of performances by the Kerikeri School of Music's piano students and their tutors (Allison Lawless, Irene Steenstra & Abigail Clarke), from the classical, jazz and pop repertoires. The varied programme of solos and duets will include music by Couperin, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Dubussy, Satie, Hall, Wedgwood, Joblin and Adele, among others, and an original composition by Abigail Clarke. This is another opportunity to hear some of the bright emerging talent in our community.
When the midday lunchtime hooter sounds switch the screensaver on, grab a bite to eat, switch the cell phone off and head on down to the Turner Centre’s Fortnightly Friday Midday Music treat.
