Kate and Mike's acoustic duo play your favourite tunes with their own distinctive feel.

Soul/pop 25 year-old singer/songwriter Kate Wood has been singing professionally for more than 10 years in and around New Zealand.

She has sung alongside some of New Zealand’s best musicians, JD from Ardijah and collaborations with DJ Timmy Schumacher, Marshall Smith & Tom Fox of The Sound Room, and has had training from the best in the business.

Kate has been racking up a huge number of gigs around Auckland at live music venues and private functions in order to get her name and her voice ‘out there’.

Mike the guitarist has been playing for nearly 20 years, and has a wealth of musical expertise available at his fingertips.

Mike has also been involved with some of New Zealand’s best musicians, Riki Gooch from Trinity Roots, collaborations with the producer Warren Mendonsa and extensive touring of the India Circuit, and currently has several musical projects on the go.
