Wendy Adams from Petone specialty cheese shop Cultured will guide you through a tasting of New Zealand artisan cheeses, matched with local craft beers.

Cheesemaker Mindi Clews, educator with the NZ Cheese School, will demonstrate how you can make haloumi and ricotta at home. You will then taste these in a delicious light dinner menu.
