Self Esteem Course

We live such fast-paced lives, taking little time to relax and live in the moment. Everyday stresses, worries and troubles that we take upon ourselves, whether they be our own or family and friends will in time manifest into some more physical ailment if left un-addressed.

Think of theses issues as balloons/balls we are pushing under the water, one is easy to hold at first- but over time gravity forces it upwards and when we add additional issues, it becomes harder and harder to keep them under the water, and if left long enough they will push up to the surface-something has to give!

We have many layers, and need to address the underlying cause to reach the result to enable us to more forward and lighten ourselves of the things that are no longer serving us.

It is when we take time to work on ourselves to enhance our being that we can often see a pattern, which usually stems from childhood, which has given us the bases of our beliefs that cause us to self-doubt. The power of words and thought can empower us or dis-empower us.

How often do we compliment others? Tell others we love them? How does this make us feel? How do you feel when you receive a compliment? Do you Love yourself? Do you feel stuck? Do you feel lost and uncertain how to move forward? Do you keep having the same issues repeating themselves? Do you feel tired and frustrated?

In this 6 week course we will be coverig how to transform your life, what you really want, positive mind sets and overcoming fears.

Day time course starts Wednesday 8th June. Evening course starts Thursday 23rd.
