The Flaming Drivers: Created after an accidental collision between 3 restless hard rocking punks. Surviving the wreckage, they've become one hell of a ride...to the pits of rock, punk and attitude!

Performing over 50 shows over the past year, The Flaming Drivers have proved to be an exciting live act on the hard rock scene.

Since early 2009, Mauricio Ackermann (vox/gat), Joel Rowlands (drums), and Glen Balfour (bass) have been ripping up the highways and performing their own unique style of hard hitting, groove-laden punk rock to a solid fan base throughout New Zealand.

Making good friends along the way, the Queenstown-based band have played alongside many top kiwi bands including The Tutts, The Outsiders, Hangman, Left Or Right, and support for top international punk rock giants Strung Out (USA).

They have been described as hard rocking punk with a big hit of grunge, classic rock and metal, creating one tasty rocket fuel that drives their exciting live shows.

With a current EP recording consisting of 9 songs, (available via I-Tunes) The Flaming Drivers are now back on the road promoting the hell out of it!

Not shy on making a scene, they are passionate about their songs, their music, and everyone having a kick-arse time.
