In this workshop learn to make and cook in a variety of ways delicious gnocchi including Bava, green and orange, Roman style, Sorrento and more. You will also learn and use all the steps required to produce the 'perfect' Italian risotto! No more creamed or gluggy rice after this workshop! Course fee includes $8 ingredients fee.
