New Zealand's longest running, dedicated poetry event, Poetry Live has been a hub for the poetry community for thirty years with a weekly guest poet, guest musician and open mic section where anyone can perform or read. Every Tuesday from 8pm at Thirsty Dog.
Tuesday 14 June features guest artist "Deep River" and guest poet, Jane Griffin. "Deep River" is an acoustic folk/pop ensemble featuring original songwriters Wendy Morris and Fiona McEwen, with guitarist Steve Terry and Alex Gallagher on djembe.
