Let me ask you a question:

See, I believe people fail at their Fitness Goals for 3 reasons:
1) Lack of goal;
2) Lack of tools to attain that goal;
3) Lack of accountability.
Now, what I've done with this is, I have taken these 3 reasons out of the equation. Seriously, I am giving you everything!

2) Tools – a full 6 Week Plan covering Bootcamps, cardio, nutrition, supplementation, meal plans, goal setting... the works!
3) Accountability – We meet at least three times a week for a workout and a progress check at 6AM or 7AM. Believe me, you don’t want to show up and not have improved!
But there is a catch. I'm not taking just anyone. I'm only taking serious committed people who want to lose weight!
