Te Po o Matariki - Light Projection Exhibition presents 'Meet Me There', a short visual projection that documents the exchange between ta moko artist Rangi Kipa and Karl Leonard.
'Meet Me There' is the agreement that both parties enter into during the course of ta moko: the place where they meet has a singular purpose and is not a place that observers can visit. It is the spiritual sanctum that hosts the exchange between giver and receiver.
