Come and celebrate a mid year Christmas at the Mangawhai Tavern. Entertainment is by our own local bluegrass band 'Highly Strung'.

Enjoy a themed Christmas dinner & dessert with all the trimmings, for $30.00. Traditional country fare and entertainment at its best! Fun for all the family.

'Highly Strung':
Experienced professional musicians - five players – Brent Morrissey on mandolin, Cynthia Vincent on fiddle, Mark Vincent on guitar, John Munn on double bass and John Allen on banjo. Music is “bluegrass style”. 'Highly Strung' are keen to support the Mangawhai Harbour Restoration Society and any donations towards the fund on the night would be welcomed.
