Heidi McGill of Klone hairdressers demonstrates a sophisticated Regency hairstyle on an artificial model head, and treats us to a live cutting demonstration in the short style in vogue in the early 19th C. The model for the live demonstration is Haunted Love’s Rainy McMaster. Lynda Cullen from the Gallery and Heidi McGill will also discuss illustrated examples of the vagaries of fashionable haircuts - from the towering coiffures of the earlier 18th C through to the ringlets and ribbons of the later 19th C Victorian style.
