The eagerly anticipated, international hit show Walking With Dinosaurs – The Arena Spectacular will open in Auckland exclusively at Vector Arena on June 29.
In its four year journey, Walking With Dinosaurs – The Arena Spectacular has broken worldwide box office records; been awarded numerous accolades and delighted millions of people around the globe and is once again about to make international headlines with the announcement today that the Dinosaurs will emit their final roar of their four year worldwide tour in New Zealand at Auckland’s Vector Arena on Sunday, July 10.
Walking With Dinosaurs – The Arena Spectacular has been seen by some 7 million people around the world and has generated in excess of NZ$500 million dollars in over ticket sales worldwide and, has become the biggest arena touring show in history!
Due to unprecedented demand for tickets, promoters announced that a further and final six shows are to be presented during the Auckland season, dates and times of sessions as follows:
Friday 8th July – 7.00pm
Saturday 9th July – 11.00am, 3.00pm & 7.00pm
Sunday 10th July – 11.00am & 3.00pm
Tickets for the new shows will go on sale to the general public at 9.00am - Thursday May 5, through Ticketmaster Ph: 0800-111-999 or www.ticketmaster.co.nz.
To set the ‘prehistoric-scene’, Four will screen the ‘Making of Walking With Dinosaurs – The Arena Spectacular’ on Sunday, May 1 at 5.00pm don’t miss this compelling documentary. Furthermore, Four will broadcast successive screenings of Jurassic Park,1, 2 and 3 on May 1, 8 and 15 at 8.30pm.
