Dear friend,

People often say, “seeing is believing.” That is the attitude of today. “If you show me, then I will believe.” We need to see things for ourselves—we want proof.

I can’t physically show you God tonight. He’s not going to roll away the heavens, poke His face through the clouds, and say, “Hi humanity. I’m God and you’re not!” But I believe He is here right now.

Jesus said, “Where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them” (Matthew 18:20 NKJV). And in a very real sense, you can see Him tonight.

Look around you. Seated right around you are people whose lives have been dramatically impacted by Jesus Christ. I also believe you can hear Him tonight. He will speak to you through His Word, which I will share with you a little bit later in the evening.

You can leave here tonight, quite literally, a different person than when you came in. You can leave this place changed on the inside—with no more emptiness, guilt, or fear of what happens beyond the grave! How can this happen? You can respond with a “yes” to Christ.

I will share this with you tonight, and you will have the opportunity to say “yes” to a changed life in Christ.
You may be saying right now, “Show me and I will believe.” But Jesus is saying to you,” Believe, and I’ll show you.”
