Join nutritionist and chef Sarah La Touche with Finding Flavour as we visit specialist food shops in Auckland and learn about foods for people with allergies and food intolerances. Sarah will share her knowledge as a nutritionist and also her expertise as a chef, so you will be both informed and inspired by this tour. Tour includes transportation, extensive information from Sarah, tastings, morning coffee, lunch and an information pack to take home.
