Described as “totally entrancing” and “a highly original and creative show”, charming child–sized puppets Bernie and Elton return to Wellington after their hit season in Auckland. Bernie likes stripes and Elton likes spots; Bernie loves a pot of tea and Elton much prefers coffee; Bernie loves flowers, but Elton is allergic to them! In a combination of slapstick, clever puppetry, lively music and plenty of surprises, a witty tale of friendship unfolds as Bernie and Elton discover it’s much easier to put the jug on than fight over whose place setting is best. A sweet story ideal for the whole family.
