The original trio, Mike, Cliff & Dick, have been playing together from before 1993 and have played together in other groups over quite a few years. For this occasion they are pleased to welcome the company of Neville Grenfell on trumpet, Merve Thomas on trombone and Len Fretwell on drums. All these musicians have played together at various times with various bands and at even more various venues.

It will be a great evening for these ageing troopers with a wealth of experience to strut their stuff. All have been involved with the local and New Zealand scene from before TV days and during the grand dance hall days .

The line up produces a Dixieland sound and they play many of the old standards and selected attractive lesser known tunes.
